How I Earn My Commission

As your buyer agent, I am hired by you to find a property that best fits your needs. This process takes time, sometimes several months. During this time, I will research every area for the properties you want and will show you only the ones that fit the needs you've described to me. I will work hard to find a property that fits your needs and budget.

Your loyalty is important to me as I only get paid after you have completed the purchase of a property. If a purchase is not completed, I do not get paid for the work I do, nor for any of my expenses.

I am paid a portion of the commission that the listing agent of the property has negotiated with the seller (unless other arrangements have been made). Typically, the Listing Office and Selling Office split the commission 50/50. At this point, the commission is broken down further. My office receives a percentage of the commission and I receive the remainder. My business expenses are typically 25-32% of the gross income I receive.

I want to be sure that I provide customer satisfaction by finding the right home for you. Working with only one agent will not only keep confusion to a minimum, but also will insure that your agent will work hard for you.
